 Michael Rego, ATANS  is the founder and principal of Harbourline Design Build. He is a registered member of the Architectural Technologist Association of Nova Scotia (ATANS) and has a certificate of completion part one of the  Syllabus Program through the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC), building on over a decade of experience in architectural design and technology. Michael’s project portfolio spans custom residential homes, multi-unit townhouses, student housing, commercial, medical centers, mercantile shops, office fit-outs, and mixed-use buildings. With a dual strength in design and construction, he is known for producing high-quality, buildable solutions that respond to client needs and reflect the surrounding environment.

Michael’s technical expertise includes structural layout, energy-efficient design, code compliance, and envelope detailing. Whether leading the architectural design for a net-zero custom home or coordinating with engineers on large-scale commercial renovations, he brings clarity, care, and collaboration to every project. Grounded in the principles of building science and guided by real-world construction knowledge, Michael continues to shape Harbourline’s approach around thoughtful design, technical precision, and long-term performance for Nova Scotians.
